Remember, edits here were created by a human, and humans can commonly make mistakes. If a user has made a mistake, either undo the mistake, or change it so it is correct. Even if the mistake doesn't seem like one, treat it as it is a mistake, as many might have not known the full information.
Also, if a user does make a mistake, no course of action is needed besides undoing the mistake, or changing it. A simple reminder on the talk page can also get the user to know a bit more about the game. The bottom line is: We are all human here, we make mistakes. Don't treat a minor mistake as a huge error.
