At level 50 thieving players can steal silver from this stall for 54 experience. In order to be successful, the player must not be in the line of sight of the Silver merchant or any nearby guards. Silver can be sold back to the stall owner, but the player must wait a significant amount of time or the store's owner will recognise them as a thief who has stolen from him and call a nearby guard to attack.
