The main RuneScape Wiki has an article on: Silverlight key 3
The Old School RuneScape Wiki also has an article on Silverlight key 3.

Silverlight key 3 is an item used in the Demon Slayer quest, where it is given to Sir Prysin in order to obtain the sword Silverlight, which must be used to kill the demon Delrith. Players can obtain the key by flushing it from the drain to the east of Varrock Castle, outside the castle near the kitchens, with a bucket of water. It is retrieved from the ground in the Varrock sewers.

  • Ok I think I've washed the key down into the sewer
  • I'd better go down and get it before someone else finds it

Despite what the message warns, the key is not visible to other players on the ground after being flushed down the drain.
