A player stands next to the chest
The Sinister Chest is found in the Yanille Agility dungeon and is unlocked using the Sinister key which may only be obtained as a drop received by the player when killing Salarin the Twisted.
Unlocking the chest with the Sinister key rewards the player with 9 Herbs. 1 of the Herbs received is guaranteed to be a torstol and the rest are harralander, ranarr weed, irit leaf, avantoe and kwuarm.

Note: the chest poisons the player with poison damage starting at 6, so it is recommended to bring a potion that prevents poison such as poison antidote
