The Spell scroll is an item received after completing the Watchtower quest.
By selecting the item's "read" option, the player will unlock the ability to cast Watchtower teleport. The player does not need any Magic level to read the scroll, but casting the spell requires level 58 Magic.
Multiple copies of the scroll may be obtained by using the drop trick; however, reading multiple scrolls has no further effect.
