To make stew, first fill a bowl with water. Then add 1 potato, 1 piece of cookedmeat, and cook it on a range. If Spice is added before cooking it will make an Uncooked curry instead.
Potatoes can be obtained from farms in Lumbridge, Draynor Village and East Ardougne.
