To Train Strength, Use The Aggressive Option
Strength is a skill in RuneScape Classic . It is a combat skill that allows you to hit higher damage on monsters. To calculate amount of experience gained use this formula:
3 x H = E
H = Hit amount, E = Experience
So if you hit a 10, you will get 3 x 10 = 40 experience.
