Documentation This is a documentation subpage for Template:ItemDropsLine.
It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Usage

Template:ItemDropsLine is used to create a table of monsters that drop a particular item. It is used in conjunction with {{ItemDropsTableHead}}. It is important to begin a monster table with:

{{ItemDropsTableHead}}

and end it with:

|}

Everything between those elements are ItemDropsLine. ItemDropsLine takes four parameters that represent the columns of the table:

  • Monster - The monster page which sells the item. The input automatically links to the page.
  • Combat - The combat level of the monster. If the monster's page has multiple versions for combat levels, list the combat levels ascending.
  • Quantity - The amount of the item that is dropped by the monster.
  • Rarity - Options: Always, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Very rare, or Unknown.

When multiple monster rows are added to the table, sort by: Rarity Lowest combat level among list in a monster's row Alphabetical

Example 1

An easier to read example of the parts of a monster table and the parameters to set.

{{ItemDropsTableHead}}
{{ItemDropsLine
|Monster = Man
|Combat = 9
|Quantity = 7
|Rarity = Common
}}
|}
Monster Combat level Quantity Rarity
Man 9 7 2Common

Example 2

Although, the ItemDropsLine should be condensed and rid of whitespace.

{{ItemDropsTableHead}}
{{ItemDropsLine|Monster=Man|Combat=9|Quantity=7|Rarity=Common}}
|}
Monster Combat level Quantity Rarity
Man 9 7 2Common

Example 3

You can and should add more ItemDropsLine for more monsters to a single ItemDropsTableHead.
