The Rusty Anchor is a pub in Port Sarim, near the northern docks. The player can buy beer here from the bartender. The bartender also sells Black skull ale for 8 coins, which the player must drink in the Alfred Grimhand Bar Crawl.
Bartender starts the Goblin Diplomacy quest and Redbeard Frank outside starts Pirate's Treasure.
Upstairs are three small rooms with beds.
