Toban is an ogre NPC located on an island with Gorad, which can be found east of Gu'Tanoth, in Feldip Hills. He asks for some dragon bones. In return, he will give you an Ogre relic part.
His chest is opened with a chest key from Og, and the stolen gold inside is given to Og during the Watchtower quest.
