The Tourist Information Centre is a building south of Baxtorian Falls. Hadley resides inside it, and the Book on Baxtorian needed for the Waterfall Quest can be found upstairs in a bookcase.
Failing to wear Glarial's amulet when entering Waterfall dungeon, messing up with leaflessTrees or triggering traps inside the dungeon by the Chalice of Eternity will wash player downstream and to a river bank near the Tourist Information Centre.
