A Unholy Symbol of Zamorak is a piece of jewellery that can be made with the crafting skill. It is made by first creating an Unblessed Unholy Symbol of Zamorak: use a silver bar on a furnace while having a unholy symbol mould in the player's inventory. A ball of wool should then be used on it to string it. It can be crafted at level 17 crafting and provides 50 experience. After it has been crafted, the unblessed symbol must be cursed by the Spirit of Scorpius who haunts the graveyard north of the Observatory, creating the Unholy Symbol. He will only curse the symbol if the player has completed the Observatory Quest.
