A Willow Shortbow is a bow which can be used to train the Ranged skill by players with Ranged level 15 or higher and it can fire arrows up to mithril.
It can also be made by players with level 35 Fletching by using a knife on an willow log granting 33.25 Fletching experience, and then using a bowstring on the unstrung willow shortbow for a total of 66.5 Fletching experience.
