The Wizard Tower is located south-east of Draynor Village and is a island connected by a bridge. Because Runecrafting does not exist in RSC, you cannot teleport to the rune essence mine from here. There are Wizards to kill here and a Lesser Demon in a cell which you can train on without getting hurt.
